Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

We want you to love the product you purchased from Bohofeather a lot.

We offer free returns on all products ordered.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund (excluding sale items) or exchange. Return shipping will be covered by Bohofeather and all refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days( not including holidays or weekends) of receipt of returned products. We can only accept product returns in a new and unused condition. 

All sale items are returnable for exchange only and nonrefundable.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Bohofeather tags still attached.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Bohofeather in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Items sent back without attached tags will not be accepted under any circumstance.

ARRANGING A RETURN:

To arrange a return please email support@bohofeather.com with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return shipping label you can use to ship your product back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
